Blue Shield Of California - DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME WITH BLUE SHIELD CA JUST CHOOSE ANOTHER PROVIDER!
My account with blueshield ca has been showing "INACTIVE" since I got insurance. Whenever I go to the doctor or pick up a prescription, they say that I don't have coverage.
Then I have to go through a long phone call with blue shield EVERY MONTH to get this *** situation sorted out. Then it works... UNTIL THE NEXT MONTH. BS is the worst.
They are the worst. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE TO CALL THEM EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. THIS COMPANY GIVES ME SO MUCH STRESS!!!!!!!

Same issue with BSCA. Worst provider ever, no one knows what's going on.
Paying $726.25 per month for COBRA coverage for myself and my husband, and I'm still "inactive" after 4.5 months. We're quitting after next month, but I wish there were some consequence for BSCA -- it seems like this level of incompetence borders on illegal.
Report them to your states insurance commissioner.
